We bought the flowers for
mother’s day from a flower market in the cemetery (???). An amazing market on
the side of the road selling all sorts of flowers and being Mother’s Day the
next day it was very busy. You had to be so careful as the cars stopped and took
off constantly. The red roses are from Colombia and as you can see from the picture
a plastic net is placed around the bud
and protect the rose when it grows up. When you buy the rose the seller takes
the net out and spreads the petals. |
